Mytilineos is issuing a “green” bond of 500 million euros, with a duration of 5.5 years.
According to a statement, the listed company instructed BNP Paribas, Citigroup, and HSBC as Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners to conduct teleconferences with investors investing in fixed income securities in Europe. The meetings will start on April 19, 2021.
The funds will be directed to the repayment of existing loan obligations, to the financing of general corporate purposes, and to the payment of the commissions and expenses of the Issue.
An amount corresponding to the net funds raised from the Bonds will be used to finance or refinance, in whole or in part, Eligible Green Projects (including other related supporting costs) as provided for in the Green Bond Funds Program. The Bonds will be distributed in the template of Regulation S. Electronic Netroadshow Presentation will be available.
