Myhappyself is an online mental health center or simply an online platform that aims at the inner joy of every person and started .
It was created, as a start up, by executives with many years of experience in the field of mental health and aims to provide comprehensive mental health services such as prevention, evaluation, support, psychotherapy, and valid information on mental health issues.
The creator of the platform, Angeliki Mellou, relied on 15 years of clinical experience in mental health units and telemedicine to create Myhappyself.
Today the team consists of 20 professionals, in different theoretical disciplines, in order to cover a wide range of services.
Myhappyself is based on the axiom that each person is unique and must receive individualized clinical interventions in order to achieve their internal balance. Thus, a platform was created that respects individuality and provides high quality online support and psychotherapy services.
At the same time, Myhappyself reduces the distance between specialists and people who want to start treatment, as it gives access to all people who need to take care of their mental health, but are unable to visit a specialist, such as women in labor, disabled persons, Greeks abroad, sick people, people living in remote areas in Greece, teenagers, and workers with difficult working hours.
Myhappyself psychologists are licensed and trained in psychotherapy, constantly supervised and trained in distance therapy to ensure the quality of services.
The services are aimed at all social groups, even teenagers. Using a computer or a mobile phone, one can easily access: www.myhappyself.co, talk to a psychologist and make the first appointment free of charge.
Myhappyself has already loggeed one year of operation and already has 50,000 registered users.
It is worth noting that the team of specialists offered 15,000 treatments, free of charge to our fellow human beings who needed it during the first wave of the pandemic. Then the services remained low cost so that low-income persons could also access them.
The contribution and cooperation of ACEin is important through its continuous support and the appropriate networking managed to give Myhappyself the extroversion needed to grow abroad.
