The Press Office of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs announced that starting Monday 10/05/2021 the employees of business activities in the 8 relevant sectors will be able to obtain the free self tests (retail, catering, financial and insurance activities, transportation, cleaning services, hairdressers, barbershops and beauty salons, gambling and betting services, driving schools).
During the next week, from 10/05/2021 to 16/05/2021, the obligation is to conduct a self test by the employees, who fall within the scope of the relevant sectors, up to 24 hours before the first day of the week they will be providing their services through physical presence at the workplace and the subsequent declaration of the result to the “ERGANI” site.
In addition, during the week from 10/05/2021 to 16/05/2021, Labor Inspectorate teams, during on-site inspections that will be carried out within the framework of their audits, will provide relevant information on the implementation of the Joint Ministerial Decree to employers and employees.
