
Milos has become the focus of articles by popular tourist websites and bloggers as well as TV shows in recent weeks, as emphasized in a relevant announcement by municipal authorities.
Specifically, Conde Nast Traveler magazine hosts in its electronic edition, Milos and the village of Klima as one of the most beautiful villages in Greece.
The Australian TV channel tvblackbox also paid tribute to Milos, stating that “… the best kept secret in the Greek islands awaits visitors in Milos, where white volcanic rocks curve like marble in intense blue seas”.
At the same time, blogger DYMPHE with over 80,000 followers on Instagram writes: “Plaka is the capital of the island and definitely the most beautiful village of Milos. You will find all kinds of picturesque white Greek houses here. Walking here is a wonderful and very relaxing activity. What is wonderful is that cars are not allowed in the village, which makes walking here even better.”
Finally, blogger Dave, who focuses on Greece and Bike Touring, refers to Milos as “a small island with some of the best beaches in Greece and one of the places blessed by Mother Nature with a fantastically unique landscape”.
