Three new energy infrastructure projects with a total budget of over 60 million euros, will be added to its portfolio by TERNA SA. 100% subsidiary of GEK TERNA Group.

Specifically:

A. TERNA won the tender for PPC Renewables subsidiaries “ARKADIKOS HELIOS ONE SOLE SHAREHOLDER LTD.” and “ARKADIKOS HELIOS TWO SOLE SHAREHOLDER LTD.” for the project “Design, Civil Engineering Works, Supply, Transportation, Installation and Commissioning, of two (2) Photovoltaic Stations and one (1) Outdoor Substation”. The photovoltaic stations, with output of 39MW and 11MW, as well as the outdoor substation are to be placed in the location “Megale Lakkes” of the Municipality of Megalopolis of the Peloponnese Region, in areas expropriated by PPC. The project has a budget of over 28.5 million euros (including VAT).

B. Also, TERNA won two Hellenic Gas Transmission System Operator (DESFA) S.A. tenders for the Revythousa terminal.

I. The first tender concerns the project “Detailed Design, Supply, and Construction of a new small scale LNG pier at the Revythousa terminal”. TERNA, in a joint venture with the technical company Chr. D. Konstantinidis SA, will undertake the detailed electrical engineering and civil engineering studies for the construction of a pier, able to accept cargo ships with capacities between 1,000 m3 and 30,000 m3. This pier will be built on the northeast side of Revythousa and will have a total length of about 20 meters. In addition, ancillary facilities will be constructed, such as a new inspection building, supply of materials and equipment for the construction and installation of piping, fittings, instruments and automatic control and telecommunication systems. The project has a total budget of over 17 million euros (including VAT).

II. The second tender concerns the project “Detailed Design, Supply, and Construction of the Exhaust Compression Station at the Revythousa terminal. The project, with a budget of about 15 million euros (including VAT), includes detailed electrical engineering and civil engineering studies for the construction of the building where the compressor will be installed, the installation of all auxiliary equipment as well as the exhaust gases, water, and pipeline networks of the Station’s existing ancillary networks (compressed air, nitrogen, etc.).

It is noted that the total backlog of GEK TERNA Group’s already signed and contracts to be signed amounts to approximately 3 billion euros.
