The Greek islands aspire to attract tourists this summer, with an ambitious plan, vaccinating all residents, as the BBC reports in a recent report focusing on the island of Milos.
As the report points out, the goal of “Operation Blue Freedom” is to turn the country’s islands, such as Milos, into Covid-free travel destinations.
“Many of the locals of Milos rely on tourism and welcome the plan to reopen. “But not everyone is so optimistic.”
In the meantime, a well-known Ukrainian singer shot a video clip in Mandrakia, Milos. At the same time, the shooting of the Mega channel show “My Greece” with Despina Vandi was completed, while shows on Greek television on the island’s gastronomy have already been shown.
All this signals the great interest but also the intense tourism promotion for the beautiful Cycladic island.
