A new fire is burning in an inaccessible forest area in the area of the Parthenon of Neos Marmaras, in the municipality of Sithonia, Halkidiki.
At the scene, according to the fire service, 15 firefighters are operating with six vehicles, while an aircraft and two helicopters are involved in the extinguishing. Residential areas are not threatened by the fire.
