The establishment of a subsidiary company in Bulgaria was announced by the “B&F INDUSTRIAL AND CLOTHING COMPANY SOCIETE ANONYME”.
According to the decision of the board of directors of August 24, 2021, the initial share capital of the company is determined in the amount of sixty thousand (60,000) Bulgarian levs (BGN) or its equivalent in euros, which will be fully covered by the Company by acquiring a stake in 100% of the share capital, shares and voting rights.
The main activity of the new subsidiary will be e-commerce and everything else allowed by law.
