The consolidated turnover of the Elton Group increased by 8.11% in the first half of 2021, and amounted to 70.74 million euros, while the gross profit of the group increased by 17.56%, which amounted to 12.49 million.
The turnover of the parent company amounted to 45.11 million euros from 41.41 million euros in the corresponding period last year, increased by 8.95%.
The parent company gross profit amounted to 7.70 million euros in the first half of 2021 against 6.41 million euros, increased by 20.10%.
The gross profit margin of the Group is at 17.65% (compared to 16.24% in the first half of 2020) and the Company at 17.07% (compared to 15.49% in the first half of 2020).
Consolidated earnings before tax, financial results, investment results and total depreciation (EBITDA) reached 5.69 million euros, showing an increase of 22.43% compared to 4.65 million euros in the first half of 2020. As a percentage of sales have increase and are at 8.05% from 7.11% of the corresponding period last year.
Profit before taxes, financial, investment results and total depreciation (EBITDA) of the parent company increased by 25.01% in the first half of 2021 to 3.79 million euros compared to 3.03 million euros in the first half of 2020. As a percentage of sales they have increased and are at 8.40% from 7.32% in the corresponding period last year.
Profits before taxes, financial and investment results (EBIT) of the ELTON Group amounted to 4.96 million euros, showing an increase of 31.73% compared to 3.77 million euros in the first half of 2020. As a percentage of sales have also increased is 7.02% from 5.76% of the corresponding period last year.
Earnings before taxes, financial and investment results (EBIT) of the parent company amounted to 3.39 million euros and increased by 31.61% from 2.57 million euros in the first half of 2020. As a percentage of sales have increased and is 7.51% from 6.22% in the corresponding period last year.
The Group’s pre-tax profits in the first half of 2021 amounted to 4.64 million euros, increased by 50.56% compared to 3.08 million euros in the corresponding period last year. As a percentage of sales they have increased and is 6.56% from 4.71% in the corresponding period last year.
The pre-tax profits of the parent company in the first half of 2021 amounted to 3.23 million euros, increased by 41.00% compared to 2.29 million euros in the corresponding period last year. As a percentage of sales it is 7.16% from 5.54% in the corresponding period last year.
Consolidated profit after taxes in the first half of 2021 amounted to 3.66 million euros, an increase of 53.11% compared to 2.39 million euros in the corresponding period of 2020. As a percentage of sales have increased and is 5, 18% from 3.66% in the corresponding period last year.
Profits after parent company taxes increased by 44.46% and amounted to 2.51 million euros in the first half of 2021 compared to 1.74 million euros in the corresponding period of 2020. As a percentage of sales is 5.56% from 4.19% in the corresponding period last year.
The general liquidity is maintained at high levels, 244% for the Group and 268% for the Company.
The total assets of the Group and the Company on June 30, 2021 amounted to 100.33 million euros and 80.98 million euros respectively against 93.36 million euros and 78.19 million euros respectively on 31/12/2020 presenting increase of 7.47% and 3.56% respectively.
