Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister for Economic Diplomacy & Openness Kostas Fragogiannis was received for talks in Tripoli on Monday by his Libyan counterpart Mohamed Khalil Issa.
The meeting marked the second time within the past two months that the two officials met.
