
The Zeus International group, continues its growth in Greece and specifically in the prefecture of Halkidiki, announcing the successful completion of the management of one of the leading hotel projects of the last decade, the new hotel unit in Agios Ioannis Sithonia, owned by the Mentekidis group.
The new luxury hotel will open its gates in May 2022. It has 179 rooms, with a capacity of 500 beds, 65 of which will have their own private pool. The hotel complex consists of a central three-storey building and “clusters” of bungalow type two-storey buildings, as well as a variety of room types such as suites, bungalows with private pools, spacious family bungalows, etc.
The hotel has the capacity to host conferences and events of up to 300 people indoors and up to 2500 people outdoors, which will highlight the important prospects of the hotel in conference tourism. The complex, which is developed in an area of 65 acres, will have 3 restaurants and 2 bars, swimming pools, Wellness Center & SPA of the largest in the area with heated pool, as well as will include a gym, a variety of sports facilities such as tennis courts, padel , basket, mini football, beach volley, as well as mini club for children. Finally, the length of the sandy beach of the hotel is a total of 800 meters and in the future a marina is being planned, being an ideal destination for small and large boats.
