
The “Residents Abroad” unit was created by Eurobank in order to facilitate access to a variety of concentrated products and services to customers residing outside Greece.
In particular, Eurobank creates a One – Stop Hub to serve foreigners and expatriates living and working outside Greece, providing an ecosystem that facilitates access to a variety of personalized products and services based on their banking and investment needs.
The General Manager of Retail Banking of Eurobank, Mr. Iakovos Giannaklis, stated: “Eurobank has created the One stop hub – Residents Abroad, a specialized group of executives, whose sole purpose is to provide comprehensive services to non-residents of all nationalities, with personalized products to cover their investment, housing and other banking needs in Greece. “We are opening new service routes for customers living and operating in foreign markets, strengthening our international character and contributing to the collective effort to make Greece an attractive investment and relocation destination.”
Access to a product package
Customers have the opportunity to take advantage of the strong digital background of the Bank and the phygital service and gain access to a package of products and services such as:
– Remote service to meet their banking needs in Greece.
– Mortgage for the purchase of real estate and / or repair loan and with a remote procedure.
Ability to provide consulting and support services by specialized third party companies in the relevant sectors regarding the inclusion in the tax incentive programs and the issuance of residence permits, as well as integrated real estate management services in Greece.
– Depending on the profile and needs of each customer, possibility of referral to the specialized Private Banking service for personal and personalized service, possibility of access to International Markets as well as solutions provided through Eurobank Asset Management AEDAK.
– Access to insurance products and services of Eurolife Insurance through the mediation of the Bank.
– Personalized customer service abroad through specialized International v-Banking Relationship Managers, who are available for the Bank’s international clientele.
– Special telephone line EuroPhone International Banking (+30 210 9555345) that serves, exclusively, the customers who live outside Greece.
– At the same time, the Bank has the specialized International Retail Branch, in the center of Athens, for the exclusive service of customers who wish to invest in a residence permit or to be subject to a tax incentive program.
