The “REAL CONSULTING PROVISION OF BUSINESS INFORMATION SOLUTIONS SOCIETE ANONYME” (the “Company”) announces, following the information of “AMBROSIA CAPITAL LTD” dated 14.02.2022, that AMBROSIA CAPITAL LTD “acquired on 10 and 11 February 2022 and holds directly or indirectly, through the company controlled by it “AMBROSIA CAPITAL HELLAS SA “, on 10 and 11 February 2022 a total of 1,594,372 shares of the Company, both for its own account, as well as on behalf of its clients, to whom it provides management services and exercises the relevant voting rights at its discretion, as a result of which it directly and indirectly controls a total of 1,594,372 voting rights of the Company, corresponding to 7.415% of the voting rights of the Company.
