Signed between PIRAEUS TOWER SA and TERNA SA the contract for the 2nd phase of the Construction and electro/mechanical works for the completion of common installations, basements, roofs and premises of the Piraeus Tower.
The project concerns the completion of the unfinished building of the Piraeus Merchant Maritime Center, also known as the “Piraeus Tower“.
This agreement is an extension of the existing contract with TERNA SA from August 6, 2021. and provides for an additional construction object with a budget of 26,187,673.55 euros and delivery on June 30, 2023.
The Tower of Piraeus with 22 floors and a height of 88m. will be the first digital and bioclimatic skyscraper in Greece to receive the highest Platinum certification, according to the international model of sustainable development LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
The project is intended for use in offices, shops and restaurants in a total built-up area of 34,623.74 sq.m.
