Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias will travel to Britain and Austria to meet with senior officials from the two countries.
Specifically, on Monday, March 7, in London, the Foreign Minister is expected to meet with his British counterpart Liz Trace.
On Tuesday, March 8, Nikos Dendias will travel to Vienna, where he is expected to meet with OSCE Secretary General Helga Maria Smith.
He will then have a private meeting with his Austrian counterpart Alexander Salenberg, followed by a working lunch and statements to the press around 4.30 pm (Greek time).
The Foreign Minister will then meet with the Chair of the Parliament’s Foreign Affairs Committee, Reddy Wagner, as well as with the Vice-Chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee and Chairman of the Austrian Parliament’s European Affairs Committee, Reinhold Lopatka.
The talks will focus on developments in Ukraine after the Russian attack, coordination of actions within the framework of international organizations, as well as regional issues, such as developments in the Eastern Mediterranean, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
In addition, during his visit to Vienna, the Foreign Minister will meet with the Metropolitan of Austria and Exarch of Hungary Arsenios.
