
Two luxury hotels open their doors this April in Crete under the umbrella of Melia Hotels International, in the framework of the Group’s cooperation with Zeus Hotels from 2021. This cooperation in combination with the renovation and rebranding of a hotel unit in Rhodes, which has been in operation since last year, will strengthen Melia’s already impressive portfolio in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
Melia Hotels International launches the Blue Sea Beach Hotel, Affiliated by Meliá hotel in April in Crete, and Sol by Melia Marina Beach which is a member of Sol by Melia.
At the same time, on the island of Rhodes, Sol by Melia Cosmopolitan, which completes one year of operation, will welcome visitors to a completely renovated space, as a member of Sol by Melia, confirming the long experience of the brand in the resort industry.
The five-star Blue Sea Beach Affiliated by Melia comprises 226 rooms and suites, some of which have a private pool.
The four-star Sol by Melia Marina Beach enjoys a privileged location on the sea and has 396 rooms, most of which were renovated in 2019.
Blue Sea Beach Affiliated by Melia and Sol by Melia Marina Beach are added to Melia Hotel International’s portfolio under a franchise agreement.
Both are located near Nikos Kazantzakis International Airport.
In Akti Ixias of Rhodes, the renovated and rebranded Sol by Melia Cosmopolitan is an equally important addition to the Sol by Melia brand.
Sol by Meliá Cosmopolitan has plenty of space for children, 377 rooms and separate wellness services.
