The Epsilon Net group proceeded to the establishment of the second Software and Network Support Center based in Athens, after the establishment of the first Epsilon Support Center in Thessaloniki.
In the new Support Center, which will operate as a public limited company, Epsilon Net participates with a percentage of 60% and Kosmas Nafpliotis with a percentage of 40%. Kosmas Nafpliotis, is an entrepreneur with excellent knowledge of the business software sector and significant activity in the IT sector for more than twenty years, according to a relevant announcement.
The two Epsilon Support Centers aim, in direct cooperation with the service departments of the companies of the Epsilon Net group, to exclusively serve the partners – members of the group network, providing B2B specialized services, strengthening their support at all levels and offering at the same time solutions related to the analysis & implementation of projects, after sales support, and planning solutions to the technological solutions of the group.
It is noted that the first Epsilon Support Center of the Epsilon Net group, founded in September 2019 in Thessaloniki, has successfully fulfilled the business objectives that had been set, since to date it has contributed to the successful implementation of numerous and important IT projects by utilizing platform and Pylon technologies, while at the same time achieving significant financial results for 2021 both in terms of turnover and in terms of increasing profitability compared to 2020.
Epsilon Support Centers are, according to the same information, one of the strategic choices of the group, aiming at the immediate coverage of the current needs and the future changes that will occur in the constantly changing IT sector.
The establishment of the second Epsilon Support Center, coincides with the beginning of the information plan of the group’s customers for the utilization of the support framework that will be offered by the action “Digital Transformation of Business” of the Recovery Fund and more specifically of the 180,000,000 euro aid budget program “Digital SME Tools” expected to start in June.
The 70% aid will be provided through a Voucher (intangible check in the form of an eight-digit code), which will be issued to the beneficiary company and will be used exclusively for the purchase of digital tools and software applications.
