The Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, launched a new attack on Greece and personally on the Greek Prime Minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, today at a youth event in Van.
Starting from the EFES2022 exercise, which he attended with his far-right government partner, Devlet Bahceli, Erdogan asserted that specific messages were sent from there with a specific recipient. “You know to whom these messages are adressed and it seems that they understood it,” the Turkish president said.
Among other things, the Turkish President warned the Greeks to be careful not to suffer the same fate as their grandparents.
He said that “100 years ago when your ancestors tried to do such things, you know what happened to them, don’t let the same thing happen to you”.
Μoreover, the Turkish president continued his threats, while he did not fail to mention once again the Greek Prime Minister’s trip to the US.
Referring to Kyriakos Mitsotakis, the Turkish president said “I hosted you, bought you food, we agreed to talk without third parties being involved and just after a few days you went to the US and spoke against us. We are not buying this.”
5+4 bases were set up in Greece, Erdogan continued, and they tell us that they do not support the Russians. “Your words are full of lies,” the Turkish President claimed, referring to the Greek Prime Minister.
