
The Turkish Foreign Minister, Mevlut Cavusoglu, has been in the Turkish-occupied area of Cyprus since Saturday evening.
A trip aimed at sending his own messages of strength to Turkish Cypriots and those who oppose Turkey’s ever-increasing influence in the occupied territories.
Cavusoglu also posted a tweet, today, concerning his meeting with the Turkish NGOs, in the Turkish-occupied area of Cyprus.

In his post, the Turkish Foreign Minister noted: “We met in Cyprus with Turkish NGOs. Yesterday, today and always. We are together” and adds meaningfully “we will not allow anyone to disturb our unity”.
Mevlut Cavusoglu is expected to remain in the occupied territories until Monday afternoon and, during his visit, he will hold a series of meetings with the Turkish Cypriot leader, Ersin Tatar, the “Prime Minister” Unal Ustel, the members of the “government” and the representatives of the Turkish Cypriot community.
The main issue of the meetings will be the developments on the Cyprus problem.
