
The distribution of a total dividend of 0.11 euros per share, taking into account the number of own shares held by the company on 23 May 2022 and which do not receive a dividend, was decided by the Ordinary General Meeting of Fourlis SA shareholders, on 17 June 2022
The amount of the dividend that will be finally paid is the gross amount of 0.110199 euros per share, after it has been increased with the dividend corresponding to the same shares acquired between 23/05/2022 (date of the meeting of the General Assembly) and 30 / 06/2022 (dividend cut-off date).
Cut-off date
This dividend amount is subject to a 5% withholding tax and therefore the shareholders will receive a net amount of 0.104689 euros per share. Dividend cut-off date is Thursday 30 June 2022.
Beneficiaries
Beneficiaries of the dividend are the shareholders of the Company who will be registered in the files of the Intangible Securities System on Friday 1 July 2022 (Record Date). The payment of the dividend will be made on Wednesday 06.07.2022, through Piraeus Bank.
