The plan to expand the JYSK store network in Greece is picking up steam.
On Thursday, July 28, the Scandinavian homewares chain will open two new stores in Zakynthos and Halkidiki, with the entire network now numbering 52 physical stores in Greece.
At the same time, the company successfully operates the online store JYSK.gr, which was an important pillar of development during the difficult period of the pandemic and continues to participate with a percentage of more than 10% in the company’s total turnover.
According to a related announcement, the development of the JYSK network does not stop here as the plan of the Danish international chain with all items for home and sleep envisages a network throughout Greece with over 70 stores. Simultaneously with the opening of new stores, JYSK is proceeding with the renovation of all stores opened before 2018 based on the new concept that it applies worldwide.
Sandor Szimeiszter, Country Manager of JYSK Greece, Hungary and Austria says that the two new stores in Zakynthos and Halkidiki are important additions to B2B channel for professional customers, as JYSK is also an excellent proposition for quality and economical purchases by professional customers, HORECA and non-HORECA.
