
The open tender with the right to counterbids, through www.e-publicrealestate.gr, for the long-term lease of premises within the facilities of the Business Unit of “Voras – Kaimaktsalan Ski Centre” for the operation of the catering operations and the accompanying Tourism and Leisure facilities, for eight ski seasons, was announced by the Public Properties Company (ETAD) S.A.
More specifically, this tender is for the lease of the covered areas of the main building (chalet) at the entrance of the ski resort and the snack bar in Sarantovrisi. The main chalet is a three-storey building, on the ground and first floor of which there is a snack bar, while the second floor houses functional areas for ancillary uses, mainly rooms for the staff to stay overnight.
The tender will be conducted in accordance with the relevant Regulations of the Public Properties Company (ETAD) S.A.
Terms and conditions
Interested parties are invited to visit the relevant online platform, in order to obtain relevant information on the tender procedure and to obtain the General and Specific Conditions of the Tender. A prerequisite for participation in the Tender is the registration of the interested party, while the deadline and place of submission of the Tender Supporting Documents File is Friday, 23 September 2022, 12:00 noon, at the offices of the Public Properties Company S.A, 7 Voulis Street, Syntagma, Athens (2nd floor).
The date of electronic submission of financial bids will be announced to the participants, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Public Properties Company (ETAD) S.A.
