PPC has introduced innovative solutions and interventions, moving to a new higher level with the help of digital technology and artificial intelligence.
One of them, “myEnergyCoach”, was presented to the journalist of Nea newspaper and ot.gr, Christos Kolonas, by the General Director of Marketing & Products of PPC, Angelos Spanos.
It is a digital tool that helps consumers understand their energy footprint and adopt saving and sustainability habits that will benefit both in reducing energy expenditure.
The “myEnergyCoach” project
With the help of the digital assistant, as explained by Mr. Spanos, everyone can be informed about how to reduce the cost of the electricity they pay. All that is needed is a visit to a PPC store, or simply entering dei.gr.
As Mr. Spanos explained, giving an example of the help that “myEnergyCoach” can offer, something that many do not know is the following: When, for example, someone has the charger plugged in, even if it is not charging the mobile phone, it “draws” electricity and thus raises the bill.
The same applies to other similar devices. This kind of useful information can be provided by PPC’s “myEnergyCoach” digital assistant.
