
AS Company announced the purchase of a number of adjacent plots of land, with a total area of between 50,000 sq.m. and 60,000 m2, in the highly attractive tourist area of Elounda, in Lasithi prefecture Crete, with the aim of developing luxury tourist accommodation.
The total value of the transaction is estimated to rise from 2,000,000 Euros to 2,500,000 Euros, after a thorough legal, financial and technical review. About 40% of the entire transaction has already been successfully processed.
AS Company has been in the toy and game business for over thirty years, and continues to grow and invest in this field, with the aim of to further improve its position and profitability, in Greece, Cyprus, Romania and other countries. The investments concern new products, digitization of operations and communication, operation of a B2B platform, as well as the further strengthening of the Company’s human resources.
