Lamda Development on Thursday released sale and pre-sale receipts related to land plots and residential units on the beachfront of its iconic Ellinikon real estate mega-project in coastal southeast Athens.
Specifically, the ATHEX-listed land developer said the sale of 19 out of a total 28 available plots have been completed, meaning that the signing of a notarized deed. The company said total cash receipts from these sales totals 77 million euros, or 50 percent of the entire purchase price.
A press release added that 127 apartments out of a total of 169 apartments in the to-be-erected Riviera Tower high-rise have been sold, with cash receipts from down payments reaching 71 million euros, or 20 percent of the purchase price.
