Five programs for households and professionals with the submission of applications on electronic platforms will start in the next period, Minister of Environment and Energy Kostas Skrekas told SKAI 100.3 today.
These are photovoltaics on the roof, Change the water heater, Save 2023 for all households, Save-Renovate for young people and Save businesses.
As Mr. Skrekas mentioned, the subsidy budget for the programs amounts to 1.2 billion euros that will be allocated next year. He pointed out, this money will mobilize more than 2 billion euros of investments.
Asked about it, he replied that in Greece, as well, motor fuels are very expensive.
“We are monitoring developments, if we see that the retail prices are rising at all levels, we are here to support as we did with the fuel pass” stressed Mr. Skrekas.
The minister also stated that with the help of the state electricity subsidy, there are providers that for April have announced prices that approach the pre-energy crisis levels.
As he explained, for some suppliers the retail price is reduced to 9 cents per kilowatt hour, when the PPC price before the crisis was around 11 cents.
