ATHEX-listed Attica Bank on Thursday announced that the percentage of the total voting rights held by Pancreta Bank, following the former’s recent share capital increase, amounts to 5.57 percent, namely, 2,506,921 voting rights of common registered shares out of a total of 45,033,921.
The percentage now held by the Fund of Engineers and Public Works Contractors (TMEDE), a previous major shareholder in the non-systemic bank, amounts to 4.45 percent, which corresponds to 2,005,279 voting rights of common registered shares. The corresponding amount held by TMEDE, prior to the conclusion of the share capital increase stood at 20.11 percent, which corresponded to 2,005,279 voting rights of common registered shares, out of a total of 9,971,190 shares.
