On, Friday, one of the five owners who were shut down by the Municipality proceeded to demolish arbitrary constructions that used to house shops of health interest on the beach of Miaouli Beach in Rhodes and to completely restore the surrounding area.

Rhodes: The best April ever in terms of tourist arrivals
The owner of one store, according to dimokratiki.gr, informed the relevant services and an on spot check had already been carried out the day before by an official of the State Real Estate Service.
It now remains to be established whether the compliance of the owner of the store will be the basis for the suspension of the shut down imposed on him by the Administrative Court of First Instance of Rhodes.
The owner of the store who now removed the arbitrary constructions emphasized that by virtue of the no. 3822/15-9-2022 of the recommendation document of the Construction Service of the Municipality of Rhodes, the closure of his shop, due to an urban planning violation, was introduced before the Quality of Life Committee.
