More than 500 weekly connections to 24 sunny destinations in Europe, North Africa and Turkey comprise TUI Fly‘s 2024 summer flight schedule. Majorca, Crete, Rhodes, Kos, Fuerteventura and Gran Canaria are the leading destinations in the program.
In total, about three million seats are available.
As traveldailynews writes, Hanover and Düsseldorf offer the most weekly flights with 140 flights from each airport. According to Stefan Baumert, Managing Director of TUI Germany, Dusseldorf is TUI Fly’s largest station. He highlighted that, from this airport, among others, new direct flights to Enfidha-Hammamet in Tunisia and customer flights for TUI Cruises cruises have been added.
The airline has also increased capacity to Mallorca, with twice-daily flights from Dusseldorf and Hanover to the Balearic island. A second weekly flight to Cape Verde offers more flexible stay times. In summer 2024, TUI Fly will also launch from Hanover to Marsa Alam, Agadir, Antalya and Enfidha-Hammamet.
The 23 Boeing 737s take off from a total of five airports: In addition to Dusseldorf and Hanover, there will be flights from Frankfurt, Munich and Stuttgart.
Rhodes
TUI in its post states that it continues to closely monitor the fires in Rhodes which led to the evacuation of a number of hotels in the south of the island.
“The vast majority of our hotels are now open and we are working hard to continue to support our hotel partners and the local community,” the global travel organization said.
In particular for Northern Rhodes it assures its customers “the hotels and resorts are fully functional and the TUI representative team offers the usual services”.
