Pre-election regulation for large arbitrary buildings is coming
The possibility of legalizing arbitrary structures with excesses of more than 40% of the urban coverage and building sizes and more than 20% of the permitted height, or without a building permit, will be reinstated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs
